Spread the Love: Healthcare Heroes Virtual FUNdraiser

When: Saturday, February 6, 11:30-12:00. (30 min packed with quick tips, ideas, recipes & Valentine fun!)

Where: The comfort of your own home

Why: We’re spreading the love in our annual event, in a whole new way this year, with safety & health in mind, virtually. Help us honor 100 healthcare heroes in the respiratory therapy units at LGH in Lancaster & UPMC in Lititz. Your party pledge will bless these heroes in our community with the gift of self care, generously donated by Lititz local Mary Kay Senior Sales Director Christina Collett. Each of these healthcare heroes will receive Mary Kay’s Satin Lips & Satin Hands kits!

Pretty in Pink: Wear your pink curlers, mom mess hair? don’t care! Pink pjs, lounge wear… or glam it up. You do you! – Christina will share quick tips on loving your skin under masks & playing up the only part visible, the eyes.

Heart Day Healthy Treats: Keely Childers Heany, hostess with the mostest from Pineapple Manor, along with her crafty daughter Hazel, will share their favorite Valentine’s smoothie recipe for you to make & sip. Plus learn how to build a sweet “heart day snack tray” that’s fun & healthy for the whole family to snack on. And make a Valentine to yourself or to share!

Special Guest: Hear from a special guest front line healthcare hero & why the gift of your presence will mean so much right now.

Send your party pledge to help us spread the love to our local nursing heroes!! Donations in increments of $8, $15 or $25, or whatever feels comfortable to you, will allow us to give gifts of pampering and healing for the hardworking hands and masked lips of our health care workers. Our plan is to treat 100 respiratory therapists in our Lancaster County community, but our extra-give goal to include more special nurses is 200!!
